If your package tracking has not updated via the tracking number for over 10 business days your package will be considered lost. At that time we will either remake if possible, and if we do not have the supplies to make a replacement we will refund via the original payment method. 

Delayed in transit? If you package is delayed in transit but is has been unpdated via the tracking number in the past 10 business days we will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund until 10 business days have passed. 

Delivered but not received? If you package is marked as delivered and you did not receive, please contact your local post office so they can try and track down your package and file a missing mail complaint for them to track down here.

If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive we will wait an additional 5 days after you file a missing mail complaint here. If it does not show up, we will process a replacement if possible at that time. If a replacement is not possible we will issue you a store credit, This will only be our policy on the first occasion that a package is marked as delivered to your location and not received. If this happens on more than one occasion we will require a police report to accompany your lost package submission.
