Refunds or Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your unworn and unwashed product as long as the tags are still attached, and it must be within 30 days of receiving your package.

Damaged or defective items?
If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item you must contact us in writing by emailing email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the item.
Order cancellations or changes?
We always strive to get your order shipped as fast as possible therefor we cannot offer changes or cancellations after an order is placed.
Altering an order:
If you have a discount code you will be using it must be entered during checkout. I cannot apply the code after the order has been submitted.
If you place multiple orders I cannot combine shipping afterwards, and all packages will be shipped separately.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. All shipping info is automatically applied to the shipping labels so please make sure your information is correct during checkout.
Babalus is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.
If an item is returned to Babalus for an incorrect address, i will gladly reship the item at the customers cost.
If the package is marked as delivered by the post office, but you did not receive, are your responsibility to locate. I suggest contacting your local post office branch and provide them tracking information so they can assist you. Once the item is scanned in by USPS Babalus is no longer liable. If you opted for the shipping insurance you will be covered, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Babalus does not issue refunds on lost packages.
I do offer shipping insurance which is auto applied during checkout for lost and damaged packages, if you de-select the package protection your order is not covered and will not be replaced or refunded.
LOVED BY LUCY PACKAGES:
If your package tracking has not updated via the tracking number for over 10 business days your package will be considered lost. At that time we will either remake if possible, and if we do not have the supplies to make a replacement we will refund VIA STORE CREDIT.
If you package is delayed in transit but is has been undated via the tracking number in the past 10 business days we will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund via store credit until 10 business days have passed.
If you package is marked as delivered and you did not receive, please contact your local post office so they can try and track down your package. Unfortunately once your box is marked as delivered we cannot assist in locating it.
Customers ordering from out of the United States are responsible for your countries sales tax and/or duties.
New releases and restocks?
We are constantly releasing new hand drawn prints so make sure to join us on facebook at Babalus VIP or sign up for text alerts.
My jams and matching quilted blankets are made from Bamboo Viscose which should be washed in cold water and tumble dried on low. If possible hang drying may help make your garments last even longer.
My kids leggings are made from buttery soft cotton lycra, and can be machine washed on warm and washed on medium or low setting.
