Pajamas and booties ship in 3-4 business days

Children's leggings have a processing time of 15 business days due to the high demand 

All other items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks EXCEPT cup carriers and bamboo blankets which are a preorder expected to ship in September 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information.  All shipping info is automatically applied to the shipping labels so please make sure your information is correct during checkout.

Babalus is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address.

If an item is returned to Babalus for an incorrect address, i will gladly reship the item at the customers cost.  

If the package is marked as delivered by the post office, but you did not receive them they are your responsibility to locate.  I suggest contacting your local post office branch and provide them tracking information so they can assist you. Once the item is scanned in by USPS Babalus is no longer liable. If you opted for the shipping insurance you will be covered, please contact Route directly. 

Babalus does not issue refunds on lost packages.

I do offer shipping insurance through Route which is auto applied during checkout for lost and damaged packages, if you de-select the shipping insurance your order is not covered and will not be replaced or refunded. 


If your package tracking has not updated via the tracking number for over 10 business days your package will be considered lost. At that time we will either remake if possible, and if we do not have the supplies to make a replacement we will refund VIA STORE CREDIT. 

If you package is delayed in transit but is has been undated via the tracing number in the past 10 business days we will not be able to provide a replacement or a refund via store credit until 10 business days have passed. 

If you package is marked as delivered and you did not receive, please contact your local post office so they can try and track down your package. Unfortunately once your box is marked as delivered we cannot assist in locating it. 

Altering an order:

If you have a discount code you will be using it must be entered during checkout.  I cannot apply the code after the order has been submitted.  

If you place multiple orders I cannot combine shipping afterwards, and all packages will be shipped separately.

International Orders:

Customers ordering from out of the United States are responsible for your countries sales tax and/or duties.  Asking me to ship as a "gift" or alter the value on the customs form is illegal for me to do so please don't ask. Shipping can take up to 8 weeks for all international orders.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Due to everything being made to o order i do not accept returns for refunds unless it's an error on my end. You may return for store credit only MINUS shipping fees. You must initiate the return within 5 days of delivery and items must still be in new condition.
